A thin leather strap goes with the bag. It can be attached around the handle and its length can be adjusted. Inside, there is a functional double pocket that separates the inner space into a couple of compartments. You can wear a bag on the shoulder, across the shoulder (cross body) or in the hand if you hold its wooden handle. Wallet is not included.
